It’s another Tuesday during an election year, which means another round of primary elections is in store for today. This time the fun comes to The Whiff’s adopted home state of Maryland , as well Virginia and Washington D.C. to complete the trio of the so-called Potomac Primaries. If you are one of those uninformed voters, please try to actually get a clue. To start, he are some informational tidbits about our candidates allegiances to get you started on a path to being (somewhat) informed.

Obama- A fan of his home state Chicago White Sox. According to Daily Telegraph in London, Obama has been a fan Enlgish Premier League side West Ham United ever since he took a trip to England five years ago and watches Premier League the matches whenever he can. He is also an avid pickup basketball player, which, among some of his other characteristics, should help him here in Baltimore. The basketball part, that is.

Clinton- The Senator from All Over grew up a Cubs fan and was often seen with her husband William at Arkansas basketball games in the mid 90’s. She recently claimed, “I’ve always been a Yankee Fan,” and was seen rooting for both the Bills and Giants during this past NFL season. Not cheering for the Jets at some point will probably cause her to lose the NYJFD vote.

McCain- I don’t know if he has an allegiance to any particular team, but with both Arizona and Arizona St. projected to make the 65 team Men’s NCAA Tournament field, the man nicknamed "Punk" and "McNasty" from his high school wrestling days will have to choose pretty soon.

Huckabee- He likes professional fishing and Arkansas Razorbacks Football. It’s pretty much fishing, football, or nothing in Arkanas. But who cares about sports when you have Rock 'N' Roll!
